Real Estate Training

Real Estate Pre-licensing Classes
Individuals wishing to obtain a real estate license are required to complete courses I, II, and III in sequence prior to application. In addition, thirty hours of continuing education must be completed in the first year of licensure.

Course and Registration Information
Instructor Robert McAvey is a dynamic, entertaining presenter who has been a real estate trainer for over 20 years. Primarily a sales person, Bob brings practical, useful experience to his classes. He is currently associated with Counselor Realty, Inc. in Maple Grove. The textbook, Modern Real Estate Practice will be available in the campus bookstore for approximately $40.00 and will be used for all three classes.
