Overview
Company leaders are challenged on a daily basis in today’s fast-paced and geographically diverse organizations. Leadership exists at all points in the organizational framework, from Chief Officers, through all management levels, to production employees.

The Center for Customized and Continuing Education partners with businesses to provide development opportunities in the disciplines of Leadership and Organizational Development. Professionals will advance interpersonal skills, process improvement techniques, quality improvement, and other competencies.

Ridgewater partners with Southwest Initiative Foundation and others to offer Step Up Your Business, a support network for area business owners.
