The Career Services Area:

  • Maintains personal contacts with business and industry
  • Contacts approximately 6,000 employers each year
  • Provides free phone, fax, and internet resources so graduates can communicate with any potential employers
  • Works closely with employers throughout Minnesota and the United States

Full-Time Employment
Before graduation, the Career Services staff seeks out the most promising career opportunities for Ridgewater graduates. Ridgewater has built a strong reputation for educating and assisting our graduates in finding related employment. Many programs have a 100% related placement rate.

Part-Time Jobs
A college education can be very expensive. Many students need to supplement their family contribution and financial aid assistance by working in the community. Our Career Services staff post many part-time job opportunities on each campus. These part-time jobs are placed on bulletin boards located at each campus. We also post part-time job openings via Ridgewater Outlook students' e-mail. These job posting come to us as we work in cooperation with hundreds of employers in the Willmar and Hutchinson communities.
